Three Buddies Dip

This tasty dip is easy peasy to concoct and makes a great condiment as either a dip or sandwich spread. Vary the amounts of ketchup, mayonnaise, and yogurt to make as much or as little as you desire, simply double or quadruple them.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons organic ketchup

2 tablespoons organic mayonnaise

2 tablespoons plain organic Greek-style yogurt

A dash of hot sauce, optional

Directions:

1) Mix all the ingredients together. Store, covered, in the refrigerator to prevent discoloration and keep fresh.

2) Send to school in individual serving containers, making sure to keep them cool along the way.
